Today we have an outgoing and hard working personal trainer. His name is Danny Somers. We will be talking about Breaking Mix Martial Arts Myths how to get in shape with Mix Martial Arts.
Danny started MMA in 2007 as a student with only a wrestling background. From there he became an amateur fighter as well as an instructor at my gym Victory MMA. As time went on he continued my career as a fighter and also became manager of the Forest Park, IL location, where he is to this day. He now manages the school, teaches some classes, and runs the fight team at his location. Over the years he has earned a 7-1 amateur record, 1-0 professional record, and won 2 submission grappling tournaments.
